Dr. Doug Biggar

Dr. Biggar has served as a trustee for Bloorview School Authority for six years. He is currently the Staff Pediatrician Physician Director of the Musculoskeletal Program at Bloorview Kids Rehab. Dr. Biggar is also on staff at the Hospital for Sick Children, Department of Pediatrics, and is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Biggar holds a number of National Appointments which include:

  • Canadian Cerebral Palsy Association, Member Research Advisory Board
  • Canadian Red Cross Society, Grant Review Committee
  • Easter Seal Research Institute, Scientific Advisor
  • National Council on Bioethics in Human Research, Consent Panel
  • Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Society of Canada, Professional Advisory Committee
